I’m currently exploring the acquisition of a franchisor with 20 franchisee units in the home health care space. I would love to connect with anyone who has experience acquiring or operating a franchisor, especially within this industry.

What key due diligence items should I focus on for the franchisor and its franchisees?

I personally have not but have worked with 5+ franchisors who bought the franchise brand they currently own/manage.
