Does anyone have experience with acquiring wedding venues?

I have not considered these businesses in the past but have come across an opportunity that seems interesting. There are several characteristics I am finding attractive - high margins, 12-24 month sales visibility through bookings with healthy deposits, and general simplicity of management.

However, I also see negative macro trends and limited growth opportunities (other than trying to roll up several of these).

Any searchers out there looked at wedding venues? What was your analysis and do you think it could be a good investment?
