Hello everyone, The bank that I have been pretty consistently calling out on here, and entered into litigation with just failed last month, so now i understand why they were so quick to try and sue or deny service members rights. Does anyone have any experience on the process of FDIC claims? The last note I got from the FDIC was before the failure, when I failed a complaint. The bank admitted they we were required to pay out what I was saying. They failed shortly after. The FDIC now says they recognize i have a claim and and want to get a list of itemized things; but I'm not hopeful it will get paid. They said if they dont pay it then I can file suit against them. At this point, I also have a PE firm interested, and I'm considering offering the FDIC a large lump settlement just to pay off the loan at the sale of the business. This has been an absolute disaster. I havent even received a single amortization table from this loan and its going on two years. I am completely turned off from business ownership. Bank errors caused me to be so undercapitalized the business is hard to run. I've been divorced before and I've been to combat, and this has been the most stressful things I've ever dealt with.
