Does anyone have experience with businesses that get paid through Medicaid?

I found a target that provides services to individuals on Medicaid. The business is >90% paid by Medicaid managed care orgs. Does anyone have experience with businesses that are paid all or mostly through Medicaid? I'd love to have a quick talk and learn any Medicaid related advice and watch outs.
