Does anyone have experience with custom home organization companies?

Looking at a custom home organization company that installs custom closet, garage, mudroom systems. They do not manufacturer, only installs. How recession proof is this industry? My feeling is in affluent markets where these products are popular, those households are still likely to invest in home improvement projects. I'd love to connect with anyone how has experience operating these companies and/or has experience with this niche. Thanks.
