Does anyone have experience with DealStream?

Has anyone used the DealStream platform before? If so, how was your experience with quality of leads?

The platform seems to have a lot of oil and gas Texas-based leads which I am interested in. With that said, you basically need the premium subscription to view the leads which is about $300 a month.

Just doing some close benefit analysis.

The pro buyer plan is $40/mth. imo, it's been worth it given the low cost, but agree that many of these listings overlap w bbs. I have found one quality deal on it that wasn't listed elsewhere. If you're relying on inbound deals (vs a proprietary search), you may benefit from the incremental leads especially since the paid element filters out casual searchers.
