Would be interested in learning more about this as well. HBS Conference this year had a panel about multiple entities, but it seemed like most of these were at least roll-ups or highly-related franchisees. I'd be interested in hearing about fully separate acquisitions under the same fund vehicle.

Take a look at: redacted to see some examples. UBPS acquire 3 companies using one SPAC fund vehicle (e.g., redacted). Alternatively, once you acquire an operating company, you can use that as an operating base to acquire more companies in subsequent transactions. The key is to realize synergy — however you may choose to define it.
