Does anyone have experience with offshore cold calling companies?

Hello searchfunder community,
I'm looking at hiring an offshore cold calling service called HiKinex to support my sales team. Has anyone worked with Hikinex or another cold calling company ? They were referred by another vendor i work with but im not familiar with the company or this industry. Any insights you can share would be appreciated. Thanks so much!

As far as if there's an overlap in experience, some advice (that I'm sure sales outreach pros know) - the more repeatable the process, the easier it is to have people doing it offshore. Make sure there's an account of documentation and consider any/all possible edge cases. Not quite sure what you're doing the outreach for but if there's a way to do short, succinct sales outreach to turn people/biz into warm leads with the least amount of interaction, that could work. The ad hoc and questions around it may not. Or if you need more detailed information that is always changing, I'd trial a service like that before jumping in.
