Hi all, Has anyone had experience using outsourced outreach for booking meetings/lead gen? I'm aware of the challenges with low cost overseas call centres, however I'm assuming that like most service providers, you can engage premium providers for a higher quality outreach. Would love to hear of any experiences.

Hi Tim. Outsourced outreach or SDR as a service is a crowded space and there are many bad vendors out there (like most). There are some good firms out there but they will be as expensive or more expensive than building the SDR team yourself. Typically, the more premium vendors will have the team here in the US while cheaper firms will outsource. I only recommend if 1) your are only testing a market to validate if it is cheaper 2) you do not want the mental bandwidth of building it yourself 3) you only need enough to fill your calendar and 4) you don't need the sales talent development in-house. But beware here, I have a pretty deep network of VPs of Sales, and I've found very few that feel they have found a vendor that does quality outreach on your behalf. Anyone can use a spam cannon and put out garbage. Takes a unique firm to understand what is special about your firm and provide quality outreach.

Thanks Luke. Tried twice, one wasn't good, one was an actual scam. Thankfully, banks dont process things quickly. Since I wanted something unique, I decided that building my own relationships was better, and finding sellers that havent decided to sell yet is the better option for me. Having said that, I see that Nathan above has started something, and plenty of other options are there.
