Does anyone have experience with packaging / manufacturing businesses in the lower middle market?

We're working on an investment opportunity in print finishing and manufacturing. Does anyone have experience with this or adjacent areas (packing and multi-site manufacturing works here as well). Looking for an operating partner to bring on board. Context - Emanate is a lower middle market private equity firm.
