Does anyone have experience with platforms like acquire.com and others?

I feel like the quality of their offering is very good. It's like a digital broker with listings of vetted businesses. However, I do not know what the general consensus of these platforms is with other self funded searchers.

Please give me your feedback/comments/concerns with these sites.

There are a lot of similar marketplaces like Acquire. Each one has it's pros and cons. I think Acquire is one of the more reputable ones and has a lot of great built-in tools for a DIY experience. Keep in mind that vetting a deal and due diligence are always the responsibility of the buyer. Never simply trust a marketplace or a broker to be honest or transparent.
