Does anyone have office space in UES/midtown/eastside that I can join?

Hey everyone - I've never been an office guy (spent most of my career in megafund PE and banking, so have generally loved the work-from-home aspect of doing my own thing), but now I have a 5 month old and I can't fight the good fight anymore!

So I'm increasingly thinking about renting an office but thought worth pinging the group and seeing if any NYC folks could be looking to sub-lease/rent me a small part of their space, ideally not too far from UES/the 4-5-6/east side of the city. All I really need is internet and space for calls (and maybe some occasional camaraderie!). No worries if not a fit for anyone. Please shoot me a text if it could be.

I had an office at 260 Madison (38/39) that I thought was run well and fairly reasonable in terms of pricing. My office wasn't too bad ($1800 per month maybe?). You'll get lower rents if you go farther downtown, but I liked the location due to proximity to Grand Central and being near a lot of train lines. They gave free use of conference rooms and free K-cup coffee. I left because I joined a firm that had office space but would go back if I needed an office. lmk if you'd like the contact information.

Totally agree with Haim. I took a private office in a Spaces location (a Regus brand) in midtown south. Between the various Regus brands and WeWork, there are lots of affordable options all over the city, especially given the current office market environment. And there is flexibility on private vs. shared offices.
