Does anyone have recommendations for the best brokers to find an online or technology business? I have heard Quiet Light is good . I've also looked at acquire.com, but I haven't yet met anyone who has actually bought a business through that platform.

Acquire is interesting. I'm working with a Buyer on an Acquire transaction right now and my impressions are that it doesn't screen candidates, it's just a conduit for deals to go to market, regardless of any existing issues (that's not a critique, it's an observation). I'm also working with a Seller right now that preliminarily arranged a sale through Acquire and I'll be reviewing the Acquire-drafted deal docs. I'm interested to see how that goes and I'll probably provide an update to the community if that sounds like it would be helpful.

+1 for websiteclosers. They have a large amount of online and tech companies, including ecommerce. I have been working with a broker at wsc who has been very helpful that I recommend. Happy to make an introduction (DM me). He has access to virtually all listings, regardless of the listing broker. Also check out Flippa, Empireflippers, and microacquire -- though, most of those have less of a broker presence and many are self-represented sellers.
