Does anyone have reference for valuation in Ed-tech?

We are looking into an Ed-tech company with 5 products in which 1 has been deployed and generates positive cashflows, the remaining 4 will be launched later this year. EBITDA is around $1.4 million with only 1 active product###-###-#### % logo churn in the last 3 years.
What would be a reasonable range of valuation for this company?

I don't have any recent data but with drastic slowdown in investment activity in this space, valuations are under significant downward pressure. Between 4X and 5X would seem reasonable.

I have seen higher multiples for ed-tech in 2021, but now its back to 4-5x ranges as @Alec Campbell mentioned.
