I believe you are asking about the Roll Over Business Startup plan which allows you to use your IRA for a down payment with an SBA or other loan or an all cash purchase of a business. There are several companies that work with you to set up the appropriate plan. Here are the ones I know and work with 1) Jordan Stefnik Guidant Financial (www.guidantfinancial.com) 2) Monty Walker, Entrepreneurial Retirement Program of America https://www.walkeradvisory.com/ERPA.php and 3) Benetrends https://www.benetrends.com/programs/business-funding-solutions/401-k-ira-business-financing

Tell them that I sent you!
