I've been using BizQuest a lot recently for deals in NY and have been really enjoying this scraper to extract listings that hit my criteria on a daily basis. We pipe the results into our proprietary flows and CRM w/ Clay.com. We can usually figure out which business it is before reaching out and wasting a broker's time. (Thanks AI!)
