Funny you ask because I am watching a live event video from IFS (Formally Investment Fund Secrets) right now. I am one step below Black Card and it is very informative and worthy of the investment. I went to their LIVE event earlier this year and it was great! Great speakers and the audience was very savvy. I met other fellow War Room Mastermind members and high net worth individuals. One of thing they offer is a PPM Template as part of their offer. Personally I would go with your own lawyer when it comes to the documentation, however you can get a good handle of what you want if you are new. @Shoan Snoday - In BC, they include a fund creation with the support of their lawyer who gives a great discount because of the volume. I had been part of the mastermind and was in Las Vegas as well. I signed up just recently for the Black Card, as I made a decision to get this done. Saw a lot of success stories and met with the founders of those funds who were now successfully deploying them.
