Hey Searchfunders!

For the last two years Searchfunder has partnered with Business Valuation Resources (BVR) to provide summary statistics and sample transactions. If you're not already using BVR on Searchfunder, you can find it under the VALUATIONS tab at the top of this page. Here is the direct link: www.searchfunder.com/bvr

We're considering expanding our partnership to include all 43,000 transactions in the BVR database. As always, we'll do our best to make it searchable and easy to use.

It's an expensive proposition which may increase the cost of membership on Searchfunder. So I'd like to get feedback from the Searchfunder community on it's usefulness. Detailed comments are more helpful than pithy one liners.

Thanks in advance!

Expanded access would be beneficial. Having a small subset of transactions available on the Searchfunder platform's BVR valuations tab has provided a basic sense of what data could be available from a more robust level of the data service. However, the BVR feature doesn't provide a significant amount of value in its current form, particularly when it comes to stale transactions and transaction counts for certain industries.

Expanding to encompass more transactions would make this a valuable resource. The aggregated data is nice as a very rough guideline, but the composite data without being able to drill down has significant limitations. Am strongly in favor of upping the Searchfunder platform value proposition with expanded access.
