Hey Jon. Thanks for the heads up on the 404 error. Letting @karenspencer know. As for the content, I will be happy to address all those topics as I have experience with them (both on the seller and the buyer side). I'll also touch on topics which are seemingly insignificant (but aren't) as well as topics that are clearly more so.

Be sure to confer with your lawyer and accountant about the kinds of issues they've seen go wrong for the kind and size of company you're going to acquire.. That kind of specificity is way more valuable than checklists that try to cover the kitchen sink of possibilities.
