I've been invited as a guest for a live session hosted by @Pipeline Prep, where we'll discuss "Do's and Don't's after Acquiring Your Company" in front of a live audience. This is an amazing opportunity for entrepreneurs to (hopefully) learn and ask questions that will help them post-purchase.

The live session will take place on Monday, June 12, 2023 at 12:00 pm (Pacific/Los Angeles).

Hi ^redacted‌ - Thanks for the post. Heads up; the first link (lu.ma) results in a 404 error.

Beyond that, I am wondering how much - in this presentation or otherwise - you touch on post-acquisition attention to websites, marketing, social media, SEO, etc.? As a professional in this arena for over two decades I've been preaching the importance of these facets to all who will listen. Thanks - Jon redacted

Be sure to confer with your lawyer and accountant about the kinds of issues they've seen go wrong for the kind and size of company you're going to acquire.. That kind of specificity is way more valuable than checklists that try to cover the kitchen sink of possibilities.
