I recommend you to check Search Funds Entrepreneurial Acquisitions By Jan Simon. Recently, this book has also been released in Chinese for a wider range of searchers, translated by the founder of Search Panda, Yiqiao(Leo) Wang. The second chapter shows a PPM example by Richard Challis and Daniel Potgieter from Arven Capital.
