Hey everyone, we are working through our second phase of due diligence now and am looking for a format, template, or checklist to guide our analysis of our target's cybersecurity status and use of technology. Does anyone have any positive experiences with any specific formats or templates?

Hi Robert, worked on these before. There are lots of good templates out there. Two recommendations for you: (i) focus your DD on getting time with the IT/security team to have a live conversation vs. sending a lot of data requests, and (ii) internally decide what your tolerance for cyber risk is. Without knowing anything about the target, I'm confident there will be some 'flags' that come-up on the security front (almost always are). Perhaps even a past breach. Need to decide beforehand how important this and what your walkaway point will be. My two cents. Help you be more focused on DD.

Hi Robert - we have some checklist templates on our website. You can view them here: https://www.duedilio.com/resources/

Also, we have several cybersecurity experts that are part of our due diligence platform. If you're ever looking to hire someone to help you conduct DD on the target, we can help. https://www.duedilio.com
