Due Diligence for Corporate Resale

Hi folks,

I'm under contract to buy a resale of some corporate-owned franchise territories, and I'm looking for resources or recommendations on due diligence in this scenario. Anyone here ever purchased existing franchise territories from the franchisor or something similar (like a divestment from a holdco, or a division spun off from a parent company)?
