Due Diligence List?

I have submitted an LOI to purchase a business and was talking to the broker a few minutes ago.  He said the next step is for me to submit a request for comprehensive Due Diligence items.
So instead of me asking piecemeal information about cash flow statements, tax returns this week and then following up with HR and employee related items next week and then some more information the week after.  The preferred approach was to collect a due diligence list and submit it to him.

Does anyone have a comprehensive list of this?  First time I heard about this and hence asking for the expert opinion from members of this forum.

Thanks in advance.
Vijay

Even if you give them a list, they most likely will still give you partial information. Have the broker commit to a timeframe in which he’ll give you the whole list and if he won’t commit how much of that list can he give you within 48 hrs.
