^redacted‌ I closed last Friday ! I am in LA right now doing the transition and no surprises ! Very pumped about the future :) www.pantelope.com. Over 3M in ARR and 1.3M EBIDTA so a pretty solid company to start with and there is a lot of operational improvement that will allow for easy lift of revenues ! All financed from cash flow of the first acquisition, so my investors are ecstatic :)
