Dumpster Company Multiples

Good afternoon-

I have had the owner of a roll-off dumpster company reach out to me about selling (retirement). Wasn't "searching", and here I am.

Last years returns show $4.9M Revenue, $1.2M EBITDA.

Would greatly appreciate any insights as to what those types of businesses trade for in multiples of EBITDA.
