Can anyone help with E-Commerce?

Hello, I'm looking to acquire an e-commerce business. We did exit an E-commerce business we founded, but the acquisition process has been challenging, and is not my expertise. If you have a track record for E-commerce acquisitions as a buyer, lender, broker, intermediary, et al., or can make introductions to your colleagues who can help me, I would definitely appreciate the opportunity to have a call with you. I am looking for a quality, profitable business, not distressed, and no startups. Criteria: Minimum 5+ years old (no startups) US based only EBITDA: $300,000 - $1,000,000 Definitely prefer domestic suppliers Management preferred, not required

I acquired two eCommerce businesses last fall - happy to help if there are specific questions you have or specific intros that you are looking for. One deal was through Quiet Light and the other was proprietary. General word of advice - both of the businesses I acquired started as predominantly wholesale businesses but over time, their category moved more and more online. However, they were still being run like wholesale businesses. The opportunity I saw for both was using my Amazon background and focusing on eComm operational performance (forecasting and inventory improvements, optimizing online ad strategies, hiring off-shore catalog support, etc.). That's something you may want to consider - looking for a mostly wholesale business that does some or little eComm where your background and skillset is the additional variable that makes the deal worth doing since you'll know how to grow it.
