I have a LOI signed for a company that sells products on various website (Amazon, Wal-Mart, eBay NewEgg, Overstock, etc.), and they fulfill the products on their own warehouse. They buy the products from various distributors.

I am looking to speak with people who have experience in running or dealing with self-fulfilled e-commerce companies. I am trying to understand what and where the opportunitIes lie with the company, and how I should go about tackling due diligence.

We've worked with quite a few clients in this exact position. I also personally used to a run a small-cap PE fund where we acquired eCommerce businesses that were self-fulfilled so I have experience with this from both a due diligence and operations perspective. Happy to chat more via email: redacted
