Are there any PE firms or independent investors that are interested in e-commerce these days? I'm looking into a couple of different opportunities that look good (non-cyclical) and wondering if there is any interest in getting a deal done.

I've invested in a number of self-funded search deal. One was a D2C e-commerce deal and there were other investors who invest in self-funded search deals. Investors are interested if you have good answers for the standard questions around how sticky is revenue, how much customer concentration, what's the moat / barriers to entry, how much churn / retention, what are the growth levers, etc, Happy to help - DM or redacted
