Looking for someone to take charge on a newly formed e-commerce division. Individual needs to have hands on experience building out /managing back end of shopify e-com sites. Currently we have a site that is live and producing sales, but could easily be 10x'ed in the next###-###-#### months. This opportunity would be on a performance based pay schedule to be discussed. ^redacted‌ I hope you find the right fit that you are looking for, but if not, would like to take this is a project. My agency provides Shopify site management and Meta Ads service to drive the sales.

However, we take a fixed fee + a small performance pay.
