E-Learning and Training Deal Sourcing

In 2018 I purchased a traditional, maritime training company and converted it to an e-learning business. It's now ~90% automated and requires minimal effort, and I'm beginning my search for a second e-learning business (or traditional training company that can be converted to e-learning). Does anyone with experience in this space have advice on sourcing deals?

A quick note, my ideal target is a training business that results in a professional credential/license or is in a regulated space. Thanks in advance!
