Early in our search – how do you structure deal analysis & docs?

Hi everyone, I’m new to the searchfund space and we’ve recently started analysing deals coming in, some of which are initially reviewed by our intern. As deal flow increases, we’re trying to move away from jumping between lots of disconnected tools and instead put a bit more structure around how we review, track, and document deals. I’d love to hear what others are using for: • structuring deal analysis and notes • managing CIMs, financials, and supporting docs • tracking deals through early screening → deeper review We’re early in the search and keen to keep things simple and practical rather than over-engineering. Bonus if it works well for UK / Europe searches. Appreciate any suggestions or lessons learned.
