Here's a diligence tracker (and request list) that I built and have used on several deals. I find it helpful because:

1) You can keep track of everything (including notes) in one place.
2) You can easily coordinate all buyer and seller stakeholders.
3) You can empower the seller to organize materials in the correct folders (I set up Google folders).
4) You have a template you can iterate on for future deals.

^redacted‌ impressive file. Thank you for sharing.

I imagine this is best suited for fairly substantial companies. FWIW, if helpful for others looking at this, for our search for companies <$1MM in EBITDA, we'd have to reduce/simply this a bit and add a little around sales and marketing and suppliers.

Thank you again, Warren.

Nicely done, thank you! Very comprehensive. I did a quick perusal & didn't see anything about cyber-security nor privacy - any assessments/evaluations/actions taken, history of incidents, existence of insurance, cyber [prevent, detect, respond, etc.] architecture. I could have missed it & did not search all of your domain areas.
