Hey guys, just came across this post. I'm looking at businesses that does zero E-commerce, but totally could do a lot more. Are there any E-commerce playbooks out there that layout out the key pillars for an e-commerce biz? So I can get a sense of what I would have to put in place to build the E-commerce arm of the biz?
