Ecommerce site builder needed

Hi all,

I'm seeing a lot of opportunity within the ecommerce side of a business I own and have tried to get a few different people to build out an ecommerce site to start pushing that side of the business, however, haven't had great luck with finding the right fit to put together a quality site.

Anyone have recommendations on ecommerce site buildout referrals as well as budgets to expect? or advice on kick off the ecommerce side of a business?

^redacted‌ - You could either do this yourself, hire a developer/ agency, or partner with someone who can help you build out this capability. If you don't have much eCommerce experience, I'd suggestion partnering with someone who has the experience and track record for not only building out an eCommerce store, but growing it. In terms of the DIY options, most of the big platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Big Commerce, etc all have self service site builders. Working with an agency, you could spend $1.5-25ok+. The option you select will really depend on your situation and the needs and goals of your business. Perhaps you could provide a bit more context about your business, niche, and why you're considering an online push.

Hi ^redacted‌ (and thanks for the tag, ^redacted‌)! I'm pretty close to some very experienced and sophisticated eCommerce business owners and operators that might be good resources to reach out to. If you'd like an introduction, DM me with what you're doing, and I'll see if they're open to talking with you. (One of them is doing something that has never been done in eCommerce before, so far as we know, so there has been a lot of custom code development in addition to a traditional eCommerce store buildout for that project).
