Once a company target has been identified, what tools are people using for effective email outreach to owners? I am aware of LinkedIn navigator and LinkedIn connection invite requests. What other tools are people using effectively to get an owner’s attention?

If you have a specific target you are reaching out to, I don't know if email is the best tool. Email, LinkedIn, etc. are good tools if you are reaching out to a high volume of targets. Similar to any digital marketing campaign the volume makes up for the low response rate.

If you have a small list of specific targets, something that is more personalized and stands apart for the myriad of messages is more effective. Even something as simple as a hand written letter (when was the last itme you received one of those?) is something that can get their attention.

With a smaller, targeted list, you need to put in more time or resources because you need to hit a higher response rate than if you have huge list.

If you're contacting business principals, I would really recommend the extra time for a personal note rather than anything too automated. That said, it sounds like what you're doing is looking for contact info, and that can be hard. LinkedIn is good for that, sometimes. And perhaps ZoomInfo though they are expensive and very light on smaller company data.I've found the best way is through trade associations, conferences etc. in the specific industry. There are usually message boards etc. and owners who are active in that industry tend to post!
