Does anyone have any operating experience in the Elevator & Escalator industry? In my research, I like the reliability and growth of the market, but concerned that too much of the market is dominated by the large international companies (OTIS, KONE, Schindler).

This industry is heavily saturated with private equity buyers looking for add-ons. You're not the first to understand the benefits. Great business but may be hard to get traction on any. The service contracts are a good branch for other quality industries to look at though. Good to see another Tennesseean on here!
