Hi all- I'm planning to spin up my website soon and am looking to wrap my head around how to best ensure my emails reach their intended recipients. I've heard troubles with formatting, punctuation, or frequency can potentially "poison" a domain moving forward.

Are there any good resources that you've come across (videos, blogs, etc) that could be helpful here? Hoping to minimize email tinkering.

There are countless Youtube channels to watch on this topic if you plan to do it yourself. As a starting point, I would recommend you create 5 different emails tied to 5 different domains tied to different admin portals. This way, if one email address is burned it doesn't blacklist your entire set of emails. The proper warm up process takes 3-4 weeks (e.g., Google has been cracking down on warmup services but there are some that still work), and then building up to 50 emails per day per email address (i.e., 250 emails per day) with 1-2 days off per week (e.g., Saturday, Sunday). You'll want to test subject lines first, then first liners / hooks, then the content of your email for A/B testing purposes. Once you've successfully done that for one segment, you can do it for other segments and niches you're interested in, too (i.e., no niches are responsive to the same email content). Eventually, you should incorporate AI tools to personalize each email that's going out.

there are plenty of videos on this topic. you will need to buy a couple of domains other than your main one, warm them, pull leads, write a script, then launch...it's not impossible to do but not something you can pick up in an hour or so. plenty of content around the topic...FWIW, the best way to generate leads imo...we get responses daily using cold emial
