The more specific you can be about what you are looking for, relevant experience, funding, the better you can help brokers help you. Also, be advised, we get at least 5-10 emails a week with "I'm interested in a company that looks like this...", and once we get on their monthly rotation, we may not respond to the newest month's "checking in to see if you have something that fits my profile" email -- but that doesn't mean we don't see it and that if we do have something fits that your email won't spark an outreach.
