Hi, below a few of them: - Lack of accurate business information available in official databases - Lack of knowledge among owners about financial M&A KPIs, including EBITDA - Business management focused only on cash flow vs. DRE/Balance Sheet - Valuation based on subjective perception of the business’s potential
