Employee Ownership - any exit advisors or brokers need to learn more?

At DivvyShares we are a search fund whose exit strategy is to sell the business back to the employees. This will allow us to reward the ones who helped the seller build a saleable business and who helped us grow the business to the level where employee ownership is feasible.
