Engineer Tackles ETA

Hi everyone, I'm Nicholas, a systems engineer in the defense industry with expertise in creating architecture for complex systems. For over a year now I've been learning about ETA: talking directly to owners, M&A lawyers, M&A accountants, and exploring a variety of industries taking note of pros/cons. I'm now actively pursuing my first acquisition. I have particular interest in landscaping (previous operational experience) and of course engineering/tech service firms.
