Austin / Remote | Flexible I started 512Ventures.io to acquire a service business or property management company and am looking for an entrepreneurial intern to help with search, diligence, and early scaling work. In parallel, my wife and I recently launched ViaLuxuryRentals.com, a boutique luxury property management business based in Austin. We are in the early stages of scaling and actively evaluating complementary service businesses and property management companies as potential acquisitions to expand our platform. This role is a strong fit for someone interested in searchfunds, small business acquisitions, and early-stage operations. What you’ll work on (based on interest and strengths): • Assist in delegating operational tasks to Virtual Assistant + creating SOPs • Researching and screening potential acquisition targets • Market, competitive, and industry analysis • Light financial analysis and diligence support • Evaluating growth opportunities and bolt-on services • Ad-hoc projects related to scaling Via Luxury Rentals Who this is a good fit for: • Entrepreneurial, self-directed, and comfortable with ambiguity • Interested in acquiring, operating, or investing in small businesses • Background in finance, consulting, real estate, startups, or operations is helpful but not required This is an unpaid, flexible internship designed to provide meaningful exposure to real acquisition and operating decisions rather than busywork. If you’re interested, I’d love to connect to learn more about your background and see if this could be a mutual fit. Please DM me your email and why you believe you would be a good addition to the team.
