Equipment dealership and/or equipment rental business bundling

Hello,

I posted this moments ago on LinkedIn, but this is likely the better forum. I'm an equipment dealership founder and past-president interested in bundling these kinds of businesses under common capital and management. I maintain equity in one business and have located what I perceive to be a perfect platform for the effort. With proper conversations and processes the combined entity would be $90M revenue with EBITDA >$3M. It's too big for me, so I'm reaching out to you for advice or potentially working together.
