I am open to co-investing alongside self-funded searchers who have a deal under LOI (or close to it) and an equity gap. A cheque of c. $500k per deal into the equity, closing in weeks and debt financing experience. Ideally looking for: EBITDA $0.75m–2m, NYC/NJ/Northeast preferred, open elsewhere for the right deal. Simple, understandable businesses. A meaningful minority stake and a seat at the table on financing decisions - not looking to operate in this case.
