Equity & Debt Partners Needed

We're looking for capital partners. We have two deals under LOI with a possible third. 1. The first is a fence/gate supplier 2. The second is a millworks company 3. Construction cleaning company (possible third) We'd need a combination of private credit and equity partners and are looking for introductions. Ideally, a partner here in Atlanta GA. For the two we have under LOI, we'd need $8-$10M ($2-3M equity, $8M debt). Happy to chat through our first two acquisitions (a resi renovation company and a fence/gate contractor) beforehand so there's some confidence prior to introductions.
