Short company introduction:

• The sector is the installation and maintenance of professional kitchens
• Family business of 2 sites managed by 2 sisters in the PACA region.
• Diversified clients : +200 clients per site. 20% of recurring revenues from after-sales services, and +50% of recurring revenues of clients coming back within 3 years for new projects. The company is resilient as COVID hit the sector, and at that time, the company was still profitable.
• Nearly €12 million in turnover, 10% EBITDA margin, and no CAPEX -> high cash conversion (nearly equivalent to the EBITDA). Possibility to improve the EBITDA margin of 2% up to 3% thanks to cost-optimisation and better pricing.
