ERP Recommendations for Small Software Company

Looking for ERP recommendations for a small B2B software company (~$1M revenue, 2–4 employees). We sell SaaS and perpetual licenses, and ship some hardware. Ideally looking for: GL, AR/AP Subscription + perpetual billing Cloud-based, strong API Budget-friendly and easy to implement We’re outgrowing QuickBooks + Sheets. What have others used at this stage?

This is very business-specific, but for many companies in your size range, implementing an end-to-end ERP can be more trouble than it's worth. One possibility is to explore incremental solutions that can be added on top of your existing stack - e.g. knowledge base software (Notion), project management software (Clickup) - that can plug gaps instead of a full rip-and-replace approach. Would probably result in a lot less friction and risk operationally.
