Pretty happy with it. There are some workarounds for RFI's and Submittals, but the cloud service is reliable, never had an access issue, no complaints about the UI, as it compares to other construction clouds like Procore or Autodesk. I don't keep track of their cycles or updates as I could care less as long as the app does what it supposed to do to support my core business, but there have been some updates.
