My MSP Business Evaluator and Accelerator would help perform due diligence on this; first of all it will identify if the asking price for the MSP is within range/reason, Then it will help you identify business areas that might need more attention (the good/bad/Ugly. 1st thing they are an MSP, with 73% of their revenue coming from services (Need to verify if this service revenue is monthly recurring and why there is such a big decrease in###-###-#### The MSP is presented very well by Cambridge Partners (nice job) Why is EBITDA soo low?
