ETA conferences to prioritize?

For those who've gone to ETA conference in the US and found any particularly useful, which few might you prioritize attending?

I'm early in my search as an individual searcher and am trying to decide if conferences are worth the time and resources. Note: I'm East Coast based but willing to travel a bit further for worthwhile events.

Shameless plug for Rice's ETA conference which will be held in Oct of this year. Date will not be confirmed until May.

Updating this thread re Rice ETA Conference. The date is 10/17/25. The conference and community both skew toward self-funded search, but we are bring in a select group of search funds to participate this year. Our vision for this year's conference is to create a magnetic event across Texas and the Gulf Coast. We are collaborating with multiple colleges across the region and attracting regional searchers/service providers/investors.
